HomeFinder is an online platform where verified property owners list homes for sale or rent and visitors can contact them through live chat. We are not a party to any sale, lease or agreement between visitors and owners, and we do not act as a real estate broker or agent unless stated otherwise.
2. Listing information
Listings are provided by owners. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, pricing or condition of any property. Always verify details, visit the property and review documents before making any payment or signing any agreement.
3. Fair Housing
All listings must comply with the federal Fair Housing Act and applicable state and local laws. Discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, or any other protected class is prohibited. We may remove any listing or message that violates these laws.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to post false, misleading or fraudulent content, send spam, harass other users, or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours. Never send money to anyone you have not verified; be cautious of requests for wire transfers, gift cards or payment before seeing a property.
5. Owner accounts
Owner accounts are created by our administrators. Owners are responsible for their listings and conversations and must have the legal right to sell or rent the properties they list.

The website is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, HomeFinder is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the website or from any transaction between users.
